Deliveries Delivery prices vary based on the area - some locales like Corvallis and Albany are free. Please contact about rates for your area. Orders must be paid in full upon scheduling delivery. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel orders.

Our installation fee includes delivery, installation, and haul-away of your old appliances. It does not include non-standard fittings, additional work because of placement, or other custom requests. If additional work is needed to get the installation working beyond standard code, please discuss this with us so we can give you an accurate quote before installation and delivery - this way we prevent any unwanted surprises for both sides.

Warranty Information: Our new products include a one-year parts and labor warranty. Manufacturers might provide longer warranties - be sure to check the information that comes with your appliance or ask one of our sales reps for details.

Be aware that most manufacturers require one service call to diagnose the problem. We’d be happy to assist with your problem, but we can cannot provide warranty after your warranty term has expired. We service any appliance we sell, but we do not build or use them.

An early failure of an appliance is always unfortunate, but please understand that outside of warranty, your grievance is with the manufacturer and not with the store. When a repair is the cheaper option instead of having to replace the appliance, we’d always advice you to do so. We service what we sell.

Our refurbished selection generally comes with a three month parts warranty, be sure to check for exceptions when in the store.

Returns: We generally do not take returns of used products. If you are unhappy with your product or it is defective on arrival, please notify us as soon as possible to resolve your issue, do not wait longer than two business days after receiving your product in order to resolve this adequately.

Any returned products must be free of cosmetic damage. When we accept your return of a used product, a restocking fee of 25% might be applied for items not returned in prime condition. This is at the store’s discretion. Handling, installation and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Custom orders for very specific products will not be eligible for return when out of the box and may be subject to a restocking fee, even if not delivered.

Privacy Policy: We use some analytics services on our website to monitor traffic. Any personal information we collect, like e-mail addresses for our newsletter, will never be sold to a third party.
